TERMS & CONDITIONS / CANCELLATION POLICIES
• Notification of changes in reservations and/or cancellations should be made in written form and sent to the Conference Secretariat; cancellations received less than 45 days before arrival are subject to 1 night charge.
• There will be no refund for cancellations of Hotel accommodations made after August 10, 2009
• There will be no refund for cancellations of registration.
• Refunds will be made after the Conference. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
• Cancellations must be in written form and sent to OYAK Tourism via e-mail nartar@oytur.com.tr or fax, 00902122450616
• IEEE Member rates are only available to individuals who are IEEE members at the time of registration - visit www.ieee.org to join. IEEE
members will be required to show their valid IEEE membership card at the conference registration desk.
• Student registrants (member or non-member) must provide proof of student status by faxing a copy of his/her university identification (ID) card
or a letter from the university signed by an official representative verifying student status. Please fax to: +902122450616. Students should be
prepared to show their student identification card at the conference registration desk.
